Mntn VIEW! Private Expansive Yard. Htd POOL, SPA BBQ, Pets OK

We had a relaxing 3 week stay at the property in March/April 2026. It is a beautiful, clean and spacious home that easily accomated my wife and I and our daughter and 2 grandkids. The living room was very comfortable for lounging. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. We enjoyed having a large dining room to have our meals together. All the bedrooms are fairly large with plenty of closet space. We loved having our morning coffee and evening glass of wine on the patio. The pool and spa were awesome! The spa warmed up quickly and felt great. The neighborhood is very quiet and is about 1 block away from a park with playground and large greenspace. The property also backs up to a wonderful walking trail but you have privacy as there is a 6 foot concrete fence surrounding the backyard. Renata, the property owner, was very responsive with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property. It was 15 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes to the strip.

We moved to this vrbo after the one we were at was terrible! The host was very responsive and accommodating to help us and the rest of our trip was great!

Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dish ware and pots and pans.Comfortable beds, nice spacious living spaces.

Host was very clear, attentive, & responsive. The home met our needs (8 adults), well supplied & it had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The beds were comfortable. The TV size and sound system in the living room was perfect. One flaw to point out— the master bath had sheer curtains which gave no privacy at night if guests were outside in the backyard. Our host was most accommodating and responded to every question we had asap. The home was immaculate and as we cooked in often the kitchen was very well stocked.The location was near everything..excellent and we often used the back area to read etc. Fabulous stay.

Great property and host.

Stayed 2 weeks. The home is at a great location, near golf and restaurants. We really enjoyed the sunsets where you can see the mountains and lights on the hills. We really enjoyed the hot tub.

Such a beautiful & peaceful well-kept property. Very clean house, great layout with beautiful private yard & pool area & miles walking trails & arroyo just behind house & great playgrounds and parks within walking distance. This place was so perfect for our family rendezvous with something for everyone. We paid for heating the pool & spa in winter season & so glad we did. Pool is super clean, lovely.(We had daytime temps of 65 degrees.) Easy access to airport & downtown & about 35 min to Red Rocks. Very quiet neighborhood & seemed like another world but was close to everything. Couldn't have been better; we'd love to return.

This property exceeded our expectations! Three generations (7 people) traveled from AK to Las Vegas for a wedding. The home was awesome and the pool with hot tub were a huge hit! I appreciated that the kitchen had condiments and coffee for the 1st morning. The host was responsive to our every need and question. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The house was clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly and helpful. Answered all question and was available when needed. She checked in will us half way though our stay to see if we needed anything. I would recommend this house. The location is good not far from the Vegas strip, shopping, and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Great property!

We were in Las Vegas for the Jiu-Jitsu Convention as our daughter was competing, and rented Renata's beautiful house for 5 days. We loved the pool and hot tub, and used it every morning and evening (paid for heating as we like a warm pool and the price was reasonable). The view of the backyard from the master bedroom is spectacular and a pleasure to wake up to. We cooked breakfast every morning and a couple of dinners as well, and the kitchen was a joy to cook in. It is functional, and I love the gas stove. The table in the middle of the kitchen with stools is an added bonus, as everyone can stay in the same room and visit. My daughter said her room and bathroom upstairs were awesome. We have never stayed in Henderson before, but this neighbourhood is clean, safe and quiet, and the views of the mountains are amazing. Wifi worked great, A/C was great, check-in/out was simple and communication with Renata was a pleasure. We will definitely stay again at Renanta's house.

The place was an oasis outside of the LV strip. The owner was very responsive and everything just felt like home. We will definitely be staying there again.

Great location, clean spacious.

The house was clean, close to town, and in a nice neighborhood. One of our party suffered a fall which put a damper on our stay. But the house is as advertized, and the host was kind and easy to communicate with.

This house was perfect for our stay while visiting family in Henderson. There was plenty of room, stocked kitchen with every utensil needed and great location. Only miss was that there was a vacuum attached inside the pool that you weren't allowed to remove. The pool isn't very big and we felt like we were dodging the vacuum and hose constantly and my youngest child was a little scared of it. Other than that, it was great.

This was an amazing property! It had everything we wanted / needed in a nice quiet neighborhood. Renata was quick to respond to messages. We will be using this property again for future stays!

Rented this property for the pool! It was lovely! Relaxing backyard with pool & jacuzzi. Nice walking trail directly behind the home. Renata was immediately responsive to any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect, we especially loved the pool! The property and home were all very well maintained and had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely like to return!

We loved being able to lounge all day and engage with the madness of the strip on our own terms. The house was well kept and Renata was very responsive and helpful!! There is lots of room to relax and the backyard is beautifully adorned with lots of interesting plants and trees. We'd absolutely consider rebooking.

This property is wonderful!! Very clean! Check in was a breeze because of great instructions from the host. In a quiet neighborhood yet close to the strip ( about 25 by rideshare). We used the pool every day and the kids had a great time. The fire pit helped to warm the cool desert evenings. Plenty of room to spread out when we were overstimulated by the strip. The host was so pleasant to work with and answered questions promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed this getaway week. The property exceeded our expectations! We would highly recommend!!!

I rented this house with a group of friends. It was also our first time going to Vegas. The house itself was great, but I did have some serious issues with the host. The pool was amazing—so comfortable and relaxing, we spent most of our time there. However, the experience was tarnished by some unpleasant issues. First, the master bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. But the real trouble came when the host accused us of smoking in the house, which we absolutely did not do. To make matters worse, the host also claimed we damaged a table, which was also false. Despite us not being responsible for either of these issues, the host tried to charge us 500 for damages. I strongly advise against booking with this host unless you want to risk being wrongfully charged for damages you didn’t cause.

In Vegas for International Builders Show. Wanted a place away from the Strip in a quiet neighborhood so we could relax. Got exactly what we needed. Clean home. Good amenities. Well kept. Made the trip more enjoyable.

This was the second time we stayed at this property in Henderson. Convenient, clean and liked the access to the walking path/trail.

My family got together for a reunion weekend. The house is centrally located to the airport, local casinos and the strip. The house is beautiful and we absolutely loved the back yard.

The house is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Renata went out of her way to make sure that one everything we needed was there. The house is conveniently located to a hiking trail right behind the property and so close to the airport. Such an easy commute and catching our four flights went off without a hitch. If I ever return to Las Vegas I will definitely stay there again I'd give it six stars if I could!

The location was close to everything and the house and outside area was beautiful. Our host was great about answering any questions we had during our stay.

Overall the property was great! Location was also nice, short drive or Uber ride to the strip.

We stayed at this property while we were visiting our daughter in Vegas. The house is very nice and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet and the host was always available. We had a wonderful week there and made great memories.

We had a group of 5 that were doing outings on the Vegas strip it was so nice to have a place to relax away from the Vegas hubub. We had coffee poolside swam and relaxed then headed in for the Vegas night life. The host was attentive and everything was as expected. I would 100% stay there again. It is a little expensive to Uber to the strip but well worth it regardless.

Absolutely loved our stay. Perfect location for getting to the strip. Our host went out of her way to make sure we were happy. The pool was clean and the home was spotless. We loved it!

It was overall awesome! One thing that could improve is the AC the upstairs was a little hot at night. Perhaps ceiling fans would help. TV's in all rooms would be a plus.
