Missoula Getaway w/ Balcony, 2 Mi to Downtown!

We enjoy staying here because it is close to our family. The house is clean and nicely decorated. It apparently has little insulation. We had to use space heater to bring the temperature up to reasonable level.

The host left very clear instructions about the house that was helpful! The house was very clean and perfect for our needs. The ideas for things to do and places to eat that the host left was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again if we return to Missoula!

The location for us was great. It was walking distance to family and close to a variety of restaurants.The microwave stopped working. Kim was very quick to respond and offered to purchase a new countertop microwave. The bedrooms were very comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for our needs.

Listing was accurate. Cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Good location near downtown Missoula.

We had a generally enjoyable stay at this property. The host communicated well prior to arrival and we didn't really need anything special during the stay so we didn't have to ask for anything to review their ongoing responsiveness. The place was generally well appointed with plenty of towels, TP and other items that made it feel like they cared about our experience during the stay. We thought they were a bit short on a few items in the kitchen initially, but later found them in the dishwasher so be sure to check there and in the dryer if there is something you can't initially find.The unit is centrally located in Missoula with a few things walkable but most were a short drive for us. The hosts put together a helpful book to explain the amenities in the unit and good places to eat and shop close to the house which we appreciated. Photos accurate describe the unit. The unit was clean and the bedding was very comfortable.The only critique I would offer would be in regards to the den TV. The hosts do not have cable and rely on streaming services. Not a big deal since I didn't come to Missoula to watch TV but had some down time in the afternoon and wanted to watch a football game. I couldn't get it to properly connect to their internet so I could cast the broadcast from my account and the app store on the TV didn't have many options to try to set up your own services. They do have a Roku on a smaller TV in the bedroom which worked fine. I fought the den TV early in the stay and knew I would have to watch the game upstairs so it was a minor inconvenience.All in all, it was a great place to stay to explore Missoula and we would stay here again if we came back to the area. It was a cozy, comfortable place for the last days of our time in Montana.

Short drive to shopping, quiet neighborhood, sweet balcony for relaxing. Beautifully decorated!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and comfortable, with welcoming decor. Exactly as pictured. The location is close to downtown and the university, and there are a couple of grocery stores and parks nearby. The neighborhood is a mixture of old and new, clearly an area that is going through some revitalization. The off-street covered parking was one of the reasons we chose this place, and it was very convenient to have that.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue house in Missoula. This property is situated conveniently for anything we needed. The accommodations were great and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The house was very clean and we loved the eclectic wall decor.

This was a very welcoming and well stocked stay! We enjoyed using the kitchen and sitting on the rooftop balcony in the afternoon. The stay was very close to everything, and tue AC was great during some HOT summer days!

In the middle of everything. Comfortable new beds. owner provides a thorough welcome folder on places to see and eat. Quiet except for traffic on the road.

Great place to stay

Absolutely loved this property and would rebook it in a heartbeat. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I haven’t slept that well in ages! The host was responsive, friendly, and made everything easy. The location couldn’t have been better as it was just minutes from downtown and the University, with everything you need close by. Truly a five-star stay all around.

The location was perfect, close to Splash Montana, yet quiet and peaceful.Check-in and communication with the host were smooth and easy. We especially appreciated the cozy deck and comfy beds.We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoy staying in this house. It is 4 blocks from my son which is a big plus but also the decor and artwork is charming.

My husband and I had a quick weekend trip. This location was perfect as we were close to our friends house, but it’s also close to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. Our host Kim was amazing and very responsive.

Our group of three (2 adults and 1 child) loved our stay here! The size was perfect, beds were super comfortable, kitchen had everything we could have needed, and being able to sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning was a little slice of heaven.

This little Missoula townhouse was cute, and we'd have considered booking it often if it had been more functional. The heating system was inadequate, so we were in jackets and sweaters the whole time we were there. Even the added space heater in the living area never got the temperature above 69 degrees, and the chilly upstairs bathroom made showering less than ideal.The tub/shower combo requires a tall step-over into a deep soaking tub, which, frankly, was super slippery. Without any grab bars, it felt pretty perilous to both my spouse and me. The smart television in the living room would not connect to WiFi so three days of streaming news on our computers was the only option.Such a bummer, as it's close to our kids' home.

This is a great compact house that has all you need for a stay in Missoula. It’s easy to get to places by car, bike or even bus. We enjoyed our stay!

We chose this house because my son lives 4 blocks away. The location worked perfectly for us. The house has everything we needed and a very comfortable, cute decor. I slept well!
