The Space:

This spacious 3-bedroom/3-bathroom townhome comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and offers multiple living spaces, private balconies, and beautiful Gulf views.



First Floor:

The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar, perfect for casual dining. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate dining area ideal for family meals and gatherings. The spacious living room provides a comfortable setting for relaxation. A guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination are also located on this level. Step outside to a private patio nestled in a wooded setting, complete with a gas grill for outdoor dining and entertaining.



Second Floor:

The primary suite features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. A hallway alcove includes twin-size bunk beds, creating a cozy space for younger guests. An additional guest bedroom offers two twin-size beds. A third full bathroom with a shower/tub combination serves the upper level. Guests will also enjoy private balconies and the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer.



Third Floor:

The top-floor loft serves as a bonus living area, complete with a sofa and television, making it an ideal retreat for children or additional relaxation space. A private balcony on this level offers beautiful views of the Gulf located just across the street.
