Stayed Aug 29, 2025We had an awesome time at this beach house in the Shipwatch neighborhood—super safe and peaceful. The house was really clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach was less than 5 minutes away, and the outlet mall was right across the street. Shops and restaurants were super close too.We had a quick issue with the garage code, but the host fixed it right away—great communication! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025The neighborhood is great. It is a gated community in a perfect location, with a private beach access, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The communication with Johnny or the property manager was always punctual which was appreciated. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the home was less than ideal. The floors were pretty dirty when we arrived. There were crumbs on the kitchen table and leftover water/soap stains on the bathroom mirrors and shower doors from the previous guests. The property also needs some landscaping and other maintenance. Everything around the entrance of the house is overgrown and looks pretty unwelcoming upon arrival. My brother had to trim back the overgrown shrubs on the side of the house in order for us to park without blocking others in, and the living room furniture had some questionable stains on it, as well as the white comforter on the 3rd floor bedroom. What we paid for the location of the home and the private beach access was fair, but the management of the home needs attention. I would rate our stay an overall 6.5/10.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025There were a few inconveniences with the oven that didnt work and microwave door handle that was broken but I was reassured with the customer service that those things would get taken care of. They were very understanding and responded quickly to my concerns. Other than that the house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Over all we had a good stay.

Stayed Dec 24, 2024Terrible experience with rental agency. First red flag. Cleaning staff beyond disbelief. Could not dispute claims w/o pictures. Poor customer service. Site was a construction mess. Called to dispute their claims and was hung up on. Stay away! Go somewhere else!
