Full time tenant live in the lock off apartment on site.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire 5-bedroom home, including the private outdoor pool and hot tub. All amenities, including the laundry room with GE appliances and the gas grill, are private for guest use. Please note that the owner's closet, elevator and the garage remain locked and are not accessible to guests as there is a full-time tenant that lives on site in a lock off apartment.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the attractions Miramar Beach and the surrounding Destin area have to offer. The property provides four uncovered parking spaces in the driveway; please note that street parking is strictly prohibited and violators will be towed. Many local restaurants and beach access points are within a short drive, and ride-share services are readily available in the area for those who prefer not to drive.



Other Things to Note:

Parking is only allowed in the driveway for the property. There is no on-street parking and violators will be towed.



It takes the pool 24 hours to be heated. If guests request pool heat, they will need to pay for a day in advance.



Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated but other times it's drained and refilled in addition to being chemically treated. Because of this, the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay.



Please note the elevator is unavailable for guests.



Full-time tenant lives on site in a lock-off.
