Great neighborhood and nice clean home. Beautiful views! Heated pool was nice!

My family had a wonderful week, great location with view, beautiful beaches, easy access to local restaurants!

The property was beautiful. It had everything we needed. Communication with owner was spot on. Everything was addressed in a timely manner. The TV was having issues so they brought a new one for our stay. We plan to go back!!

If you are looking for a great location, this is it. This property is very nice, well decorated, clean and convenient. I booked based off of location and it did not disappoint. However, I did have some issues during our stay that one should be aware of. Below is a list of those issues which are tied directly to the management company and could be rectified. In the true nature of a review, this is just to inform the next potential resident and by no means created significant issues during our stay. Most all of our problems were rectified by reaching out to the property management team. - Check in: check in was confusing. We received a texts, emails, and website portals with warnings about early check in fees, but all provided an incorrect door access code. I had to call to get a working door code. - Main living area tv did not function properly. This was not a huge deal for us as we were not there to watch tv all day. However, it was an inconvenience at times. Tv screen goes black after about 10 min. - Electrical outlets not working. Not a single outlet in the primary master bathroom worked. My wife had to use another bathroom to use a blow dryer/curling iron...etc. - No pool towels. Property rules were strict and specific about which towels to use for the pool. I called management and no one every called me back to get correct towels. - Took multiple attempts to get gate code for private beach access. This property is beautiful, and I would stay here again.

The house is beautifully decorated, well appointed and spacious enough for everyone to be comfortable. One of our favorite features of the house was the spectacular, unobstructed ocean view and the short stroll to the private beach. We visit Destin at least once every year and this was one of the best homes we have stayed in. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again.

We had a great stay and will be looking forward to hopefully renting again in the future! The property management company helped with all our questions and very responsive!

The pictures do this property no justice as everything listed is ten times better in-person. I have elderly parents that can’t handle walking on/to the beach. They enjoyed being able to literally watch us enjoy the beach from sitting on the deck; as the house is directly across from the beach. Sarah was excellent at handling any questions I had during the booking process. We ran low on towels(family of 10) and it only took one call to get the help we needed. I’ll definitely be booking this property every time I’m in Destin!

This property is a perfect, spacious place to spend the whole summer… if that was possible, we would still be there. It was clean and had a beautiful beachfront view. We were right across the street from the ocean and the beautiful white sand of the beach. Property Mgt was attentive through our entire stay even on the weekend. We highly recommend a stay at this Miramar Beach home.
