Stayed May 14, 2025tHIS HOUSE WAS PERFECT FOR A LARGE GROUP OF DIVERSE PEOPLE BEING ABLE TO HANG OUT TOGETHER COMFORATABLY GOOD KITCHEN FLOW TO THE COMMON AREAS ALLOWING FOR EASY ACCOMODATION OF 14 PLUS STAYING AT THE HOUSE TO BE TOGETHER OR SPLIT OFF IN GROUPS. VERY CLOSE TO THE STRIP / SPHERE.

Stayed May 8, 2025The location of the property was convenient and about 15 minutes from the Vegas Strip, which we appreciated. Upon arrival, the home was a bit dusty—there were cobwebs in the corners of several rooms, and the floors left our socks dirty. The Wi-Fi was also spotty at times.Because we were traveling with a larger group, including seniors and children, the pool was a major factor in choosing this property, as we hoped to relax and enjoy the warm weather after time spent on the Strip. Unfortunately, the pool was not cleaned and couldn’t be used during our stay. The host did respond quickly and sent someone out to clean it, but it appeared the pool hadn’t been maintained for some time and needed a few days of treatment before it would be safe to use.On the positive side, the host was responsive throughout and generously allowed us to stay an extra day to help make up for the pool issue. With a more thorough cleaning crew and regular pool maintenance, this property could really live up to its full potential.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025The place felt homey and comfortable; however the blankets and sheets for the two bedrooms (the two rooms on the side of the bathroom) had some stains on the blankets and some dirty pillows. Also, the floors caused some of our feet to be dirty. Overall, thank you for providing us the condiments and trash bags, including baby play pen.
