Minutes to Beale 4BR/3BA SFH

The host made sure everything was on point. All around great bnb has mostly everything you’ll need for a great stay. Recommend for one of the best bnb’s in Memphis for your family.

The home was overall nice but the temperatures were not easy to control. It was a job trying to work the heat was a job by itself. The second a downstairs bedroom was freezing from pool insulation and drafts from outside doors. Pricing was very reasonable with the amount of space ampnd amenities.

An older house with extensive interior renovations throughout Close to Bass Pro and Shriner's Hospiral, and a short drive to downtown points of interest. The neighbor ladies were very friendly. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

It had a smell that was hard to take and nobody told us about all the steps we had go up to get to the other bedrooms

The location was excellent. Very close to Beale Street and downtown. The house was nice and the neighborhood was quiet.

House is very nice. Plenty of room/space. My family and i stayed one night on our way to Mississippi to see extended family. One of my family members dropped her wallet , which was picked up by next door neighbor. The host then emailed me to let me know where to pickup the wallet! The communication and honesty was greatly appreciated

The home is very beautifully decorated and comfortable with all of the essentials. However the clearly had not been cleaned, mopped, dusted or furniture polished for quite sometime. Upon entering we found very dusty furniture and floors, multiple fingerprints on TV screen and the back porch was unusable due to pile up of dirt and leaves on the seat cushions. The bedrooms, baths and kitchen were clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Good ole time nostalgic feel with all the commodities. Comforts of home.

Very nice and clean home. Transitional neighborhood. Very friendly neighbors. 10 minute drive to Beal street. Excellent BBQ 2 blocks away called Cozy Corner.

The property is continently located close to Beale Street. 10 Minute car ride. Beautifully decorated home with comfortable beds.

We were there only one night, house was as advertised.

Family reunion with 3 couples. Plenty of rooms, washer/dryer available, kitchen well stocked for cooking. Had a little trouble with tv/internet at one point and the host came right over to fix it! The Ms Pac-Man machine was a nice bonus! Located within close driving distance to downtown. Can also walk to downtown, but need to be aware of the area and walk during the daytime.

Very nice and very big and everything was there. Even coffee tea etc. We can recommend it

The home is gorgeous and was a perfect fit for my family trip. Communication with the owner was phenomenal. We will be staying here again. If you are in Uptown Memphis this is the perfect place to stay!

Surrounding did not allow us to even think about staying!!! Didn’t even look inside. Not safe outside Very disappointed!!!

There were only 4 of us staying- two couples- so had plenty of options for bedrooms. The house had everything we needed and even had coffee stocked! Just a few minutes away from Beale street and bass pro shop- perfect for our stay.

Property and location were excellent.

The property was clean. The location was close to downtown in a nice neighborhood. It was quiet and my party was excited about the garden in the backyard and all the beautiful plants in the front.

I originally booked this for myself and my extended family for our trip to Tennessee. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to attend the vacation, however my family let me know that I picked a really good place. They loved the location and the layout.
