Stayed Jul 27, 2023Great property close to downtown and Fountain Square. Easy access to property and plenty of parking on street, garage and driveway. Modern and well designed with all the amenities you will need. A nice back yard for bags and hanging out. One watch out is that there is no grill on property, but solved by bringing a portable one from home. The hosts had excellent communication before, during and after stay.

Stayed Jan 20, 2023Bad neighborhood, rat poop all over the living room furniture, bathroom doors would not shut or lock, beds were hard like bricks, condemned house next door to us, no trash collection so people just piled trash in the back yard. Totally unsafe regret staying here with my kids

Stayed Dec 16, 2022This place met all of our needs. It was very clean. Everything worked. It had all the amenities we needed. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. We particularly liked the parking. We had multiple cars coming from various directions. We easily fit two full sized trucks in the large garage. There is street parking and more parking in front of the garage door off the alley. Many other places downtown only had one spot. They quickly answered any requests we had and were all very friendly. The only minor negative was the HVAC was a little loud in the living room. I would certainly stay again!

Stayed Nov 10, 2022My fellow sisters in Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. had a great time bringing in our 100 years of the organization being in existence. Our group enjoyed the beautiful property in Indy. The property manager Hunter was very attentive and took care of all our concerns and needs. I would definitely stay at this property in the future.
