The entire home is all yours with the comfort of a semi in ground pool, game room, inside and outside bars, balcony, enclosed patio with bbq grill and a privacy fence around the entire property for privacy. 8 beds and a sofa bed for sleeping and outdoor and inside games for your confidence as well.
**Front door has a smart lock which you will enter your code that is sent you via Vrbo to gain access.

Other things to note
>Dog fee is $75 per stay. Up to two dogs.
>Cats are not allowed.
>Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. $100 extra cleaning fee if dog hair is present on furniture or beds.
> PRO TIP: We highly encourage you to bring your own bedding and blankets/fitted sheets to cover the furniture if you believe your dog will be on the furniture. Cleaning supplies is onsite for you as well.

Bay County Short-Term Rental Compliance Notice
Per Bay County short-term rental ordinance requirements, all reservations are subject to identity verification and rental agreement completion.
To complete your booking, the primary guest must:

✔️Sign our short-term rental agreement/ county-required occupancy agreement
✔️Confirm they meet all applicable minimum-age requirements
Bookings are not considered fully confirmed until these requirements are completed. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in cancellation in accordance with local ordinance requirements.

The person making the reservation must be the same person staying at the property overnight.
