• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed!

• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.

This is a nicely renovated historic home with plenty of space for family in a great location for XCEL Center. One of the cleanest places we’ve ever rented- it was spotless. Strongly recommended
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated home. Well appointed, with all the comforts of home. Plenty of space for our family of four. Includes and office to accommodate working while visiting. In close proximity to restaurants and downtown St Paul. This is a place we would stay at again and again.

Spacious 2 story for a sister getaway in a good location to find and discover St. Paul. Walking distance to the river and a few nice restaurants.
Beautiful home in a great location. Host was very responsive. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. One thing to note - both staircases are a bit steep if traveling with older guests. Overall a great stay!
