Stayed Mar 15, 2025Our Host was amazing as we traveled to celebrate our grand daughter’s sweet 16 she enjoyed the many activities offered up until check out they were still playin putt, putt. The host was very responsive to all our questions and refunded us for propane tank and more for the inconvenience. The pictures truly reflect how the home looks and everyone had a great time.

Stayed Mar 9, 2025It wasn’t as clean as it should have been also the table upstairs was broken it literally was sitting on the legs but it wasn’t screwed in so yeah it wasn’t completely what I thought it would be also had issues with the pool

Stayed Aug 29, 2024What a great house for a fun getaway to Memphis. Our group of 4 friends had a great time and this house was perfect. It was close to Overton Park (great summer concert series at historic shell) and many independently owned restaurants and music clubs. We appreciated being able to get an Uber easily and get anywhere in city within 15 minutes. We enjoyed the pool table and outside area in between all of the great live music Memphis has to offer. The bedding was great. The neighbors were nice and welcoming. And we didn’t have to strip beds or start laundry (which always seems like a pain at the end of a stay, especially when paying for cleaning). What else could you ask for? Thank you!

Stayed Jun 30, 2024We had the greatest time in your home. We spent my daughter’s 11th birthday in this home, she called it “her Memphis Fun House”. The host was so attentive and made sure we had the best time ever. The house was immaculate, the beds so comfortable, and the backyard amenities were so much fun for us. It is close to the ecclectic side of Memphis & walking distance to Fresh Market which was wonderful. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Stayed May 12, 2024I have reached out to VRBO multiple times and the host, no restitution yet for it reeking for pot and it not being a 4 bedroom as described and having to double up married couples in the same room. My mom has cold and we were in bid with her and her breathing with the pot smell. Plus irritating for all guests. One bedroom had been converted to a game room so it was only a 3 bedroom not 4 which is what we thought we were paying for since it was advertised as such. Several beds missing mattress covers, floors, window seals and base boards dirty and had dead bugs. Also poor host responses and from VRBO. I requested a partial refund and credit for a hotel to house one couple and no luck from either host or VRBO. The upstairs shower/tib has slow drain. The WiFi and password didn’t work and my college kids could not study for finals and working couples had to drive elsewhere ti do work. I notified host and no assistance given. I didn’t get login access until I requested it just after 4 pm. They keep asking for photos and I have sent some via the app and asked host for an email or text number to forward but no info to resend. Don’t rent here! It ruined our graduation weekend experience ! One 1 star . I have sent photos to support and no response from them. Host has yet to reach back out with a means to show photos since he can’t pull from app nor shared his contact info .

Stayed Jan 17, 2024they did not turn the heat past 65° for three days, there was no snow or ice removal, and we almost slipped and fell several times. I had to get in contact with Vrbo to get them to turn the thermostat to 74, the kicker is they were able to do it remotely, meaning that they could’ve done it the first day of our stay. two of the bedrooms did not have any working outlets. what was supposed to have been a birthday celebration for my 70-year-old uncle turned out to be a disaster.
