Our property uniquely sits in-between the beach and Lake Powell, Florida's largest Coastal Dune Lake! Guests have the option to easily visit both. Lake Powell has a channel that runs into the Gulf, providing boats with direct access. Head over to Lake Powell Park, where you'll find a boat launch ramp + a nice beach area or borrow our kayak and enjoy the lake! Plus, our long driveway has plenty of space to park your boat.

Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard. There is keyless entry for easy access and check-in.

Located on a quiet street - easily walkable to Lake Powell Park for a fun, family activity!

Parking is available for 1-4 cars in the driveway. It is a golf cart friendly neighborhood- there several spots nearby that offer rentals.

Security Deposit - After booking, guests will complete a quick pre-arrival agreement and a refundable $300 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit, nothing missing, or excessive cleaning required, the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.

For your safety and awareness, there is one exterior security camera located at the front of the home. It is used for security purposes only.
