    We rented this property for out of town guests. Property was clean and well kept. Duplex was spotless and clean. Appliances, beds, furnishings were new and up to date. Communication with host was easy. No problems. Great stay.

    Check-In was a breeze, everything was nicely decorated and overall clean. Could use some detail cleaning. There was mildew on the shower curtain liner, baseboards could use dusting. This was our 2nd time staying at this property and hopefully it won’t be our last.

    Everything was just as described. Not too far from town. Love the back yard space. Only needed to contact someone once with a question and they were quick to respond. Will definitely stay there again.

    Excellent place for a family or 2 couples. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Not exactly in walking distance to downtown, which we knew and weren’t staying in town for that purpose. Highly recommend and we will be staying again the next time we’re down visiting family.

    House very nice. A little further from downtown than expected. We had to drive. May of walked if weather was nice too. FYI house does not have Keurig which was fine, but we brought our k-cups and then had to make unplanned trip to store to get bag coffee. Which we didn't plan on. One other thing only mirrors in house were in the 2 bathrooms and we were on girls trip took longer to leave house since we all (4) had to share mirrors. I would suggest bringing extra handheld mirror. Overall house was great and Thomasville is very nice. Didn't get to go to Pebble Hill Plantation due to big Polo event there the weekend we were in town.

    We stayed with our adult kids for pre-Christmas week. The home and furnishings seem brand new. Neighborhood and back yard were quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable (what brand is the mattress?) thanks for a lovely stay.
