Stayed Sep 28, 2024It is very apparent that the host does not take pride in ownership, the toilets were broken, screens to windows falling off the tracks, door handles came out to open the door, power kept going out, nasty garbage rotting in the hallway. The host was in response before and during the stay. Very port quality of furniture annd apartments was not very well equipped. The building has potential but the host kills it. The onlY positive note was the location.

Stayed Apr 18, 2022The location is great! Very near the historic centre. The place was very clean and communication and check in were easy! It’s a beautiful building and has a big patio, which is in the sun all day. However, it was decorated quite cheaply and there was nothing ‘extra’ provided. One toilet roll, kitchen was basic and you had to pay (and make the beds up) There was no wifi at all, which for the price should really have been included. The patio furniture was basic. All in all it was an ok experience, wouldn’t take much to put it in a higher level. For that price it should have been awesome!

Stayed Jul 12, 2021The house has newly been refurbished, spotless clean, and just a few steps from the historical center (but close to a main thouroughfare so easy and close to park if you happen to drive into Lecce). There is a nice terrace overlooking over old Lecce houses and the immediate surroundings are calm and quiet, as we wanted. Reception was informal and easy and Mirko was available on phone throughout our stay. Maybe a few extra dishes and cutlery would help (we were a party of 6). Beautiful city and fantastic region.
