'Millos by the Sea' has just undergone a fantastic renovation and extension. It's now a beautifully furnished 2 storey home with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one has a bath), powder room and two large living rooms.

It is locatedin the much sought after position in Sorrento where you can easily walk to the Koonya back beach or to the front beach and you have the well stocked Koonya General Store right there for your morning coffee, lunch or other supplies.

There is a well equipped spacious kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The dining table comfortably seats 12 people for the relaxed family dinners. With a cosy coonara fire in one living room, a gas wood fire in the other living room and ducted heating throughout for the winter getaways, or evaporative cooling and ceiling fans throughout for summer holidays, you will always feel comfortable. The European laundry has a washing machine and a clothes dryer. There is free WiFi, Netflix, Foxtel and even a foosball table.

This relaxing home has a lovely outdoor deck area that in summer can become a third living space, with a large dining table and a remote control retractable awning to offer shade and even has a fire pit to enjoy as it gets cooler in the evenings. There is a carport for 2 cars and room for an additional 2 cars (or possibly a boat) in the driveway.

So you can pack light, there is a portacot for your use (and a high chair is available upon request).

The property is fully fenced, however we do not permit pets.

Bed linen and bath towels are included for every booking (surcharge applies).
