Unwind on our 2 huge porches—- upper and lower! Hearing the swishing water within just a few feet helps everyone to RELAX so much!!!
They are also complete with gas fire pit on upper porch and a dining and sitting area on the bottom. We've also provided a Weber charcoal grill .

There is enough parking for 2 vehicles in THE DOUBLE GARAGE & 3 additional vehicles on the parking pad.

Again ~~~Embrace the gentle slope as you venture to the refreshing deep lake water via our concrete steps (from original HISTORICAL GRIME’S PLACE built in 1956!)

The beautiful boat dock is spacious with upgraded “titan boards” for easy, safe walking—- (never gets hot from the summer sun AND no splinters) . We provide two oversized boat slips to dock your boats.

Such a friendly lake- So, Don’t forget to wave as the boats glide by! ⚓️

Bring your bikes (or just hike) - enjoy nearby trails- The Selma Erwin Nature Trail, Bartram Trail and Oconee River Greenway (also has a flowing river) are minutes away and are great trails to visit!


* Owner requires guest to disclose if they plan to have an 'event'- greater than 5 guest on the property. There is $550.00 event fee associated any event. Events are limited to 8 hrs in duration.
If a guest does not disclose such- then the damage deposit will be withheld.

By renting the house you agree to ALL HOUSE RULES and relinquish the property owners of any and all responsibility in the event of any type of incident, injury or accident. You agree that failure to follow house rules may result owner retaining damage deposit.
