This wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has a great location with a large front porch and big yard near the beach. Bedrooms are all located on the main level and there is a Full Size Sleeper Sofa. Amenities Include: Wireless Internet, Large Screen Cable TVs, DVD, Ceiling Fans in all rooms, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Laundry Room on the main level, Covered Parking, Grill, Ground level storage and Enclosed outside Shower, Central AC/Heat. No Smoking and No Pets

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
