    The place was clean and the furniture was all very comfortable. The beds were all quite comfortable. All the rooms were spacious It had everything we needed, including some spices and other basics. The deep garage was so nice because it had plenty of room for my ebike. The appliances all worked well. When we needed assistance once, we had a prompt response and someone came and resolved the issue. It was a great place to relax, as the area is quiet. The use of a pool is also a plus. I would rent from Evolve again.

    We had a fantastic month at the property. Located only 1/2 mile from Wasatch Mounrain State Park with golf, fishing and hiking aplenty. Property was plenty accommodating with 3 beds and 2 full baths. Outdoor propane gas grill got plenty of use! Weather was great! Can’t wait to come back!

    Overall we had a good stay with just a couple of issues including non-responsive property management but we were able to get in touch with the owner. The neighborhood was a little noisy with lots of truck traffic due to a construction detour. Amenities were good. Could use an appliance upgrade.
