The property is located within walking distance to numerous nightlife/dining hot spots, grocery, pharmacy & is 6 easy blocks to the Metro rail line. A 2-car attached garage, private outdoor patio w/ hot tub, chimnea, table for 6 & gas grill areyours to enjoy.

Each of the 3 bedrooms features it's own bathroom and television with cable. None of the bedrooms share a wall which allows for privacy and relaxation even when traveling as a group.

You will have the entire residence & private outdoor patio to yourselves.

I am available to answer any questions, make suggestions and even provision the residence with food, drinks, alcohol or other necessities before you arrive (additional cost).

    The house is nicely appointed with all of the essentials you could want or need during a short stay. It’s in nice neighborhood very close to downtown, University of Houston, Rice and not too far from lots of restaurants. Maria is an excellent host reaching out multiple times to make sure everything was going as planned. Truly a great host. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Maria!

    There are many positive attributes about this home! Top of the list is the location! Extremely nice area surrounded by upscale homes and restaurants; unexpected in a downtown neighborhood! We walked to local dining spots several times during our stay! The kitchen and dining setup was perfect and we enjoyed every morning drinking coffee and having breakfast with our family. LOVE the spacious bedrooms and the TWO KING BED setup!! That’s why we booked!! It was a nice touch to have things like coffee, oils, S&P, laundry soap, etc. Thank you so much Maria and Arturo!

    We spent a week and change here, and it felt like home, the space is so inviting and layered with the multiple floors and patio. I formed memories from making puzzles on the mezzanine floor to damcing on the top floor and cooking competitions with my brothers ( judged by my mom of course). Each bedroom feels like its own oasis and own world so you can always steal away but still join together in the living space on the middle floor. We felt safe (and cozy!) with the garage and the property being cached in the edge of two fun neighborhoods— walked to delicious takeout all the time! Place is clean, and fun, and the hosts were the bomb. Gracious, inviting, but not like hovering. They gave us great recs and were hapoy to help when we needed to figure out anything. 10/10 lets do it again
