Stayed Nov 16, 2024Stayed here for three months while undergoing home renovation. Wonderful and very attentive hosts. Home itself is lovely with lots of room to spread out. Great appliances, with washer, dryer, in case you are planning on spending a bit more time there. Very essential to anything you’d want to do in Tampa. Wonderful place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 27, 2024The property was exactly as stated, it was clean, well maintained and the Guzman’s were easy to communicate with. We were in Tampa last minute for a family emergency and needed a place for a couple of weeks. The Guzman’s were so sweet and attentive to our needs by leaving us several snack baskets knowing we were going to be running back and forth to the hospital. They sent their son over to help setup the tv and they checked in on us throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying it is family o. We could not thank the Guzman’s enough for their kindness and generosity during a troubling time.
