MIDTOWN South Tampa

The house was in a great area to get to the freeway. We found that the 1 bathroom for the whole house to be inconvenient if you stay with more than 2 persons.

Great visit with family! Welcoming home furnishings and exactly as pictured. Love to stay again next time we are in Tampa.

A great house with lots of room! We were very close to Steinbrenner Field and the airport. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Maya was very responsive. I would book it again in a heartbeat.

Outstanding rental in Tampa. Convenient to everything, especially the stadium and ballpark. Great family neighborhood. Quiet. Easy to find. Spotlessly clean, well-equipped, beautifully decorated home. Comfortable beds, plenty of space and nice and cool in the summer heat. Highly recommend for families or friend groups.

This house is super clean and exactly wbat we needed for a quick trip for a concert. Gave it a 4 because there are some minor up keep maintenance things that need fixed. Like a missing cabinet door and the peddle for the teash can. Really not anything to stop us from oming back. Loved it!

The home was absolutely adorable and I could not believe how spacious it was. Very easy to check in and out and very easy to locate the property itself.

The house was extremely clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Only complaint was check out at 1000. I would rather have checked in an hour later than at 1000 am.

We could not have asked for a more perfect home!! Location was fantastic - we were in town to see the New York Yankees spring games. Maya’s house was the perfect location and it was super easy to get to George Steinbrenner Stadium and Raymond James Stadium if you happen to be in town to see the Buccaneers. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. A few miles away are lots of choices for meals. Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach are both approx 30 minutes away. We visited both and really loved St Pete Beach. If I ever return to Tampa - this property is hands down my only choice for lodging. If Maya’s house is not available - I will change my dates. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed. I have ZERO complaints and highly recommend.

This was a perfect little cottage that is much larger than it appears on the outside, that is close to everything. A delightful stay.
