Stayed Jan 2, 2026We did love the house, the host, and the variety of games on site. We were not prepared for the amount of sirens during our stay and the amount of pet hair we found throughout the home.

Stayed Dec 24, 2025The home is well appointed and loved the fenced yard for our dogs. Might think about replacing the sofa. Other than that the home is well appointed. Kitchen cookware is great. It was nice to not worry about brining toiletries and bath needs. The only reason I gave 3 stars for the location is because of the busy road and very busy restaurant Texas Toms. Over all we have added this home to our places to stay when we are in the KC area. Great stay

Stayed Jul 25, 2025Enjoyed our 3 generation family weekend in Kansas City. Location was close to the Zoo, Crown Center and the concert venue. The dining room table had room for family meals and games. The hot tub and fenced backyard were great for unwinding while the corgi ran around.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025This property met all of our needs. It was adorably decorated, and the property management team was very communicative and highly responsive. Every amenity was available, and we had a wonderful time. We were centrally located to everything. And the hot tub was definitely a highlight.

Stayed Mar 24, 2025This property was very nice and upgraded however we were unable to use the hot tub and that was the main reason for booking this particular house. There was hair everywhere and the couch was very uncomfortable. Beds slept greatand the space accommodateed our family of 8 very well.

Stayed Jan 2, 2025Unfortunately the hot tub was broken for our stay, which was a huge reason we picked this property since we had four teens with us. Also, it was really hard to regulate the temperature on the second floor. Our rooms were quite warm even though the thermostat was set to 68. Overall the house was fine. Nicely decorated and updated. Plenty of room for 8 of us and two dogs! Appreciated the fenced in yard! Kitchen and bathrooms were great!

Stayed Oct 25, 2024You can tell the owners/managers put a lot of effort into this house! We couldn’t stop complimenting everything we saw in each room. Every room was decorated so well and was so cozy. We used the “fireplace” which made it even cozier. The ONLY flaw the property had was the neighbors overgrown weeds(?) hanging over the fence that is along the driveway. We’ve got a few new scratches from the greenery because we didn’t want to park on the street.

Stayed May 30, 2024We were looking for a dog-friendly property with 4 bedrooms for our family to stay over a wedding weekend. We own rental properties, so we had very high expectations going into the weekend, esp. given the price. The house itself is awesome - impeccably decorated, stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped. The only nitpick I would have is just one bathroom to serve three bedrooms on the 2nd floor. But that's minor. I confess that when we drove down the block to the house we we're taken aback. The house sits behind a fried chicken restaurant drive-thru and a seemingly empty apartment building with a few broken-down cars in the back. This is North Hyde Park. But we soon figured out that the block and neighborhood were quiet and we never felt unsafe, even at night. The area is changing rapidly. It's a few blocks from the hip Union Hill area, which has eclectic bars, restaurants, and great coffee shop options. This area reminds me a lot of Pilsen in Chicago in the mid 1990s. Mixed demographics, artist galleries, cool places to hang out. No doubt North Hyde Park will develop rapidly as the gentrification moves south from Union Hill. So at this price we expected everything to be great and it mostly was other than our immediate neighbors. If you don't have a dog, there are cheaper options available to rent. But if you have the $ and want an updated and beautiful home just 10 minutes from downtown, this is the place. I took off a star for location and price.

Stayed May 25, 2024We loved the MidTown Martini house. 4 nice size bedrooms 2 Kings and 2 queens all with Televisions. Game room with video games and board games was awesome. Hot tub was great. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Host was great and had coffee, creamer and sugar plus spices for cooking and things like aluminum foil which come in handy but you dont want to buy on vacation. I was a little worried about the location as we drove in, but it is in a nice quiet neighborhood and we did not have any issues at all. It is a very convenient location close to a lot of activities. Would definitely stay there again.
