Loved this house. Not recommended if you don't like historic buildings. If you do, this is fantastic. Great host, very responsive, very comfortable beds, great location.

The house had everything we needed for our 7-night stay! Plenty of space, decorated beautifully, and so spacious and comfortable! The outside pool, hot tub and seating area was perfect! The house is quite old; it reflected so much charm but also had all the amenities you would need in the present day! Chris was a great host and super friendly! Would definitely come back again!

This a great historic property ina convenient location. For a group of friends who need separate bedrooms it worked perfectly. Nice to stay in something from the 30’s. Pool and outdoor areas are lovely. The house is very well equipped for most every need.

The house was very spacious and comfortable for all our needs for our group of 8. We used the fire pit every night. Plenty of kitchen supplies and comfy beds. It was clean and we enjoyed all the different gathering areas.

This is a unique historic house with lots of character and a lived-in, comfortable vibe. We especially appreciated the large, walled-in front courtyard, off-street parking, the well stocked kitchen (lots of pots and pans and dishes), the formal dining room (perfect for meals and game nights), the Christmas tree in the living room, and multiple seating areas in the backyard. The enormous window in the living room is unlike anything I've ever seen and is truly special. One of the bedrooms is tucked away past the kitchen, which is perfect for someone who prefers to go to bed early. The loft above the main living room came in handy when we needed to do a few hours of work at a desk. When we were there, only one bedroom had a king-size bed, which was different than what we had understood from the listing. The property manager was extremely responsive and friendly, both by phone and text. While there are more upscale neighborhoods in Tuscon, we were very pleasantly surprised by the convenience of this location and we felt safe there, including at night. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. within a mile or two of the house. All of this, plus the fact that our small dog was welcome, made this house a great choice for us and we are happy to have been able to stay there.

The reservation and check-in process was easy and straightforward. Property was as described with 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have on-suite bathrooms. Jacuzzi, pool, fully loaded kitchen. Lots of space to hang out. We had issues with the internet;the host was very responsive but we ended up not being home long enough to deal with it. Trader Joe’s close and some good restaurants. Good location if looking for a diversity of activities which require you to go east one day, south another, west the third. We would stay here again!

Property had plenty of room for family to spread out when needed but come together in the large living room and dining room. Enjoyed the pool area with hot tub, secured by a separate fence to keep little ones safe. Built in outdoor grill was also a nice feature. This is a 1932 vintage historical house but functional, obvious that the owner is investing in the property to make it even better.
