Mid Strip and Private Beach Access!

Nice location to water, might help to explain the availability of shops and restaurants by season

This cottage is PERFECT. This is our 3rd stay. The owner has been responsive and helpful very time we stayed. The cottage is in the heart of all fun on the strip- great for people watching and walking to sites. The home is well stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is ideal for cooking a meal together. This cottage feels like home to us.

The house was super clean and spacious. A lot of the local attractions were closed due to the off season but, the location normally would be perfect. Very happy overall.

This cottage was perfect for our weekend away! It was cold and snowy but we still enjoyed our time. Plenty of extra blankets and comfy spots to sleep. The first night was a group of 4 girlfriends and the 2nd night was my fiancé and I. I didn’t have to contact the host about much, but they were very friendly when I did. We have all agreed that we’ll be staying at this property again during the warmer months.

Nice house, plentyof room for family. Love how close it is to the lake. We went in off season so GOTL is like a Friday and Saturday thing in the evening till midnight. Only complaint would be its dusty on vents, fans and windo AC. Thanks for sharing your house we enjoyed the relaxed at home feel vs a hotel.

The property was as described. The rooms were actually quite spacious. The beds we used were comfortable. Perfect location for anyone who enjoys the strip.

Very Spacious, comfty, close and just enough.

This was an excellent spot to stay! Lovely layout, more than enough space to sleep, and a good sized living room for a movie night. The house was very clean when we arrived and easy to tidy up before leaving. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, cookware etc. lots of extra blankets and towels for our needs as well! The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We were able to walk to the bars and get back safely, and lay by the lake for awhile. There are wineries and tours nearby that are easily accessible and even more to do like mini golf and little shops which we hope to do next time! We are a low key group so it was such a cozy place for us. This was a beautiful place to have my sisters bachelorette party. I definitely recommend this house!

This is our second time saying in this lake house and it is incredible. The house feels like home to us. It is so clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location is ideal. Steps away from the strip and the edge of the lake for watching the sun set. We couldn’t ask for more. We plan to come back to the same home annually.

We had a fabulous time. The house was perfect. Had the room and all the amenities that we needed for the weekend. Location was great. We could walk to many bars, restaurants, and little shops. Would definitely stay here again!
