ACCOMMODATIONS │ This home offers upgraded finishes and furnishings throughout, with both luxury and mountain comfort in mind. The entry level houses three spacious bedrooms, two full baths, washer and dryer and a private deck with six-person hot tub. The upper level includes an open kitchen – dining – great room layout ideal for family gatherings and entertaining with magnificent views of Deer Valley and Park City. An open loft overlooking the Great Room is the perfect retreat for a good read, cocktails with friends or game night with the family.

LOCATION │ The Ridgepoint town home community is perched just above 8,000 feet in beautiful Silver Lake adjacent to Deer Valley Resort… known for its luxurious amenities such as ski valets, groomed-to-perfection slopes and gourmet dining in three elegant day lodges. We're just a quarter-mile from Silver Lake Village... an Alpine community surrounding Deer Valley's mid-mountain Ski Lodge (lift tickts, rental, and free overnight storage). After a great day on the slopes don't miss out on Apres Ski at the Goldner Hirsch or a soothing afternoon treatment at the Spa at the Stein Eriksen Lodge. Silver Lake offers a variety of shopping and ski related services as well. Historic Old Town, Park City is less than 3.5 miles away. An easy 5-minute drive or shuttle down to Main Street is a must... lined with quaint gift and clothing boutiques, art galleries, entertainment venues and over 50 restaurants sure to please every palate.

SKI-OUT / SKI-WALK IN │ The Ridgepointe location allows ski-out / ski-walk in access to Deer Valley slopes. A residential access trail just steps from the front door leads to the Last Chance and Success ski runs (down to Snow Park Lodge). Return home by way of the Homestake Chair to the Silver Link Trail. From there, the return trip does require that you download and walk down Royal Street East to Sterling Drive. From there, you put your skis back on and traverse back to the private access trail. Please note that this may be challenging for less experienced skiers.

    Very strong mothball smell when we entered the condo. Had to keep windows open to air it out. Also my wife as animal allergies and those allergies seemed to kick in as the week went on.

    This townhouse was absolutely perfect for our ski vacation. We were a party of 4 dudes in our 40s and each had our own bed which was very comfortable. The kitchen came fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking including several coffee maker machines with filters, etc. The living room areas were very spacious cozy. The ski in and ski out trails were easy to figure out and very convenient. It was also just a 10-15 minute walk to the Auberge resort where we had dinner one night. Ubers were also easy to use for getting to and from Park City Mainstreet. The hosts were very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. This property was a 10/10 and will definitely be booking again next ski season!

    Overall an excellent property. The location is great with good covered parking. The ski-out option works well with access at end of the unit. The ski-back requires a walk of about a hundred yards which is what you would walk in a parking lot but being able to return when you want makes it worth it. Just note that the directions for the return make sense if you go straight off the Carpenter lift or do a 180 off Homestake lift. Otherwise the layout works well including heating controls on the bedroom level and on the kitchen / family room level. Everything is first rate and the kitchen is well-stocked.The only recommendation is to fix the dishwasher as it is unbalanced and the racks roll out and the front door (which has a sign to this effect) will drop completely to the floor. Despite this warning it still dropped on a few toes! All around a great property and experience.

    It takes a minute the first time to find your way to ski back (with a little walk) but take directions with you and after first time it’s easy. Everything we needed.
