Mid-Century Oasis with Hot Tub

Great location! Right across the bridge in Indiana and 1 block from the Ohio River. Even though “downtown”, very safe area. Walked our dogs multiple times throughout the mornings and evenings, and always felt safe. House is very cute & cozy, and host was very prompt with responses.

The house was amazing and located in a great area, close to restaurants in downtown Jeffersonville. Also, convenient location if you are looking to walk across the pedestrian bridge to Louisville.

From start to finish, our stay at Jonathans property was fantastic. The lovely accommodations were as pictured and described. The property was new, fresh, beautifully decorated, with every amenity that we could have needed. Communication was always prompt and helpful. We - 4 adults and 2 toddlers - had a very comfortable 3 night stay while visiting the Louisville area. The home is in a quiet residential street within walking distance of the Jeffersonville riverfront park overlooking Louisville and near coffee shops. The home is very clean and well appointed with comfortable furniture and cool decor. The mattresses are of high quality. The hot tub works well and it was a welcomed perk after a busy few days. Jonathan was easy to communicate with and very responsive to our messages leading up to and during our stay. Would definitely return

Exactly as pictured, and then some. Meticulous attention to detail and spotless clean. Cozy and a great location. Sadly we didn't get to use the outdoor spaces due to weather, but still a great overall stay!

This was absolutely my favorite VRBO experience! Owners have done an immaculate job of making this a great rental. I would recommend this place with no hesitation. It is exactly as described and close to everything.

Great location. Walk to town, restaurants and even L’ville. Everything felt new, very comfortable home and stay for 5 of us. Only negative was cost/fees…. Pretty expensive already for the area so more flexibility on checkin without charging fees would be better policy. 4pm is pretty late. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and our stay. Will consider again in the future.

This home is fabulous. The layout/decor was great for our group. Location was central to everything we needed. Very comfortable and nice home in a nice neighborhood. Lacks nothing. Hope to be back soon. Communication was awesome. Had no issues.

House was very pretty, plenty of on-street parking, walkable neighborhood with sidewalks great for walking our dogs and neat historic homes to look at, kids enjoyed the hottub. Very pleased!

We came to the area for an event at the Muhammad Ali Center. We are seasoned VRBO users and this MCM Farmhouse has now topped our list of favorite places to stay. Every amenity was provided and the house was wonderfully comfortable. The location is fabulous ~ you can walk to everything. The local restaurants offer a wide range of cuisines to satisfy any taste. We regret not using the hot tub but took advantage of the fire table in the cool evenings. (Enjoyed that so much that we purchased our own when we returned.) Many reviews end with promises to return and this is no exception. Next time we’ll bring our bicycles. We had no idea how much the area had to offer and this farm house is the perfect place for a cozy, welcoming home base.

My husband and I, our son along with our Golden Retriever had the best few days at this house. Great lil neighborhood, just across the bridge from downtown Louisville but in the quiet Jeffersonville which has its own lil charm of few restaurants and shops! The house couldn’t be more perfect! It is absolutely beautiful and has everything you would need. We did a few bourbon distilleries during the day but always looked forward to coming back and sitting on the front porch with our dog! Another bonus is the neighbors next door was very friendly and offered up great recommendations!! If you’re going to Louisville or anywhere near by, Stay here!
