Mid Century Modern Sunland Escape

Communication was excellent. I brought the rental agreement with me, so all we had to do was get the door code. There were instructions for everything in the house. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic meals and even lots of spices. Rental was very clean. Well located near the store and short walk to the river. The house next door is under construction, so there was a bit of noise Monday morning of our weekend stay.

We had an excellent stay! The owner was very flexible with last-minute changes and accommodating a late check-in. The location is great, and the property was very clean with well-thought-out extra touches that made the stay even better. The only suggestion I have is to provide a few more garbage bags, but honestly, that’s a minor detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!

Great spot! Especially perfect if you have tickets to the Gorge! The house was the perfect size for 2 couples. It had everything we needed. Loved the double deck space. Tammy was super responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend and will book again.

This place was about 14 minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater and a 4 minute walk to a park along the river. It was an awesome location! The house feels brand new, is clean and well stocked with everything we needed (pots pans, silverware, spices, olive oil, etc.). There are two large patios, which are great to sit outside on and a BBQ too. Just be prepared to sign a contract before entering the house. The host Tammy will send you it before arriving and then met us at the house to have us sign it. She'll also take a picture of your license. Then she gave us the passcode to get into the house. She was very flexible with timing and just wanted to ensure her place was taken care of. We just got confused, because VRBO told us we would be sent the code to the house earlier in the day. We didn't realize she'd meet us at the house before we entered. Overall, I'd recommend staying here!

My daughter and I stayed a weekend for a concert at the Gorge and this location is amazing. All the amenities and the little community feel was so wonderful. What a special location. Soooo much better then camping! Tammy was a great hostess. The rental was perfect, clean and extremely comfortable. This is a perfect location for any event at the Gorge, or a family vacation. Thank you so much for being apart of a memory that my daughter and I will have forever.

This property was perfect for a long weekend attending a concert at the gorge. Shuttle to the concert was great and easy to setup, property itself was comfortable and had everything you needed.

A nice secluded neighborhood with amazing views. The place was clean and comfortable. The gifted bottle of wine was a nice touch. The best was the heads up to get a shuttle booked to the Gorge Amphitheater! Game changer.
