Mid Century Modern Retreat in North Augusta

Tired. Appears to have been well loved at one time. Family room & bedrooms were neat and tidy and as advertised. Nice sheets & towels provided. Mattress in master in good condition and suited my preference. Firm.Arrived after dark and requested outside lights to be turned on. The timer for outside walkway lights were not set properly, so only light was the door porch light. A bit cumbersome unloading the car in the dark with lower level stairs to climb. Reported situation and response was an apology. They were not available to correct the issue during the stay which was unfortunate.Upon arrival found kitchen floor dirty and there was not a mop available. Attempted to clean with paper towels (pic below). Gave up and just wore shoes inside during the visit.Mold in front bathroom. Dirt covered fan vents in both bathrooms. (pics below)There was only 1 remote for multiple TVs - that was different & a bit inconvenient.The trip to the area was to attend to a family member who was having surgery so spending time communicating back and forth on the rental didn't get priority. Contact was made on several different occasions for items not listed above and responses were received. Most were timely.

This location was just two minutes from our daughter's house! The rooms were clean. The house itself was very roomy for our needs. Would recommend others staying here. Minor issues: could not find any trash bags for the kitchen wastecan but used store plastic bags and made it works.

We enjoyed our stay

I was highly disappointed that I was unable to enjoy my stay. Upon arrival, the backyard did not look the picture given. Also, the keypad was not working, so we could not stay. I wish the owner would have communicated that the area look as bad as it did sooner, so I could’ve just canceled before my actual date.

Property manger didn't respond about the plumbing

The house was great for our 4-day guys trip to Augusta. Chris checked in with us and was very responsive. The house was well supplied; however, there was no BBQ grill as pictures indicated. Aside from that, we had no major issues and the neighborhood was nice and quiet and closely located to our activities.

Location waa great host was very helpful...we will be staying again in the future

Brought my family for a 3 day tournament and needed something convenient, comfortable, safe, and affordable. This property checked all the boxes for us plus the host was super great with quick communication.

We had family in from out of state and needed a place for them for a few days. While hotels are nice, a home provides opportunity to relax more. This fit the bill quite well.

We have stayed at this property several times! The property owner is on top of everything. He is extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating! The property is clean, spacious, and close to everything!

We had a great time and the house was very spacious. It is also in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Chris was a great host and answered all my questions right away. Our plans changed a few times at the last minute and he was very accommodating. Thanks Chris!
