Loved my stay! The neighborhood had great food and shopping close by, and the home itself was beautiful, modern, and super comfortable. I felt completely safe and relaxed the entire time. The host was kind and easy to communicate with—definitely a 10/10 stay!

The house is in a great location! There are good amenities, beds were comfy! If you have little children it is difficult to have a baby gate or block the stairs. Overall it was a clean

Unfortunately we had to return to KC for a funeral. This was the perfect sized home for my family in a quiet culdesac in a safe neighborhood that was central to everything. The property manager was easy to communicate with and prompt in responding. Nick went out of his way to accommodate our family during a very difficult time.

Wonderful get away

Very comfortable, clean home, plenty of space, fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, location great for our Kansas City Christmas trip!

I was nervous about preparing Thanksgiving meal in an unfamiliar kitchen. This house had all I needed, plus a big fridge and a great oven (baked my pumpkin pie better than my own oven). It was nice to have 2+ bathrooms, a big driveway and use of the garage. My grandsons had a great time at several parks in the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable too.

All the girls in my family (10 of us) get together once a year in Kansas City to do fun dinners and Christmas shopping. We usually do hotel rooms but decided to try out this VRBO instead. Here are the positives and negatives of this home :Positives:Location is great. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, very close to Oak Park Mall, which was ideal for my group. The home is well taken care of, on a quiet cul-de-sac. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I would def work with him again. The negatives:The 4th bedroom is located in the basement, away from everyone else. So if you’re a group larger than 6 or 7, it’s not ideal. You’ll fit for sure, but it does feel a bit separated. House was not clean upon arrival as there was a mishap w the turnover process and cleaning crew. The host was happy to rectify and make financial compensation. Towels were not left by cleaning crew and beds were not made. We had to wait until the following morning to receive the appropriate amount of towels for our group and make our own beds. Again, host went the extra mile to have towels delivered to our doorstep the following morning and partial cleaning fee refund for the inconvenience. Overall, had it not been for the initial cleaning mishap, our stay would have been close to perfect. Cute home, quiet neighborhood, great location, amazing host.

Loved the house, it is very beautifully decorated and if you aren’t doing much outside of the house, a perfect stay. Outdoors the yard is small and sharply sloped, this only matters if you bring a dog, also the split level steps were difficult for my dog to navigate due to being slick so I ended up carrying her up and down.

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean, commonly needed items (soap, q-tips, cotton balls, etc.) provided. Enough space to spread out. Lovely experience we would highly recommend and will be returning!

We had a wonderful experience at this house. The house itself is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing family meals and the pool table turned out to be a surprise hit with my family. We liked being on a quiet cul-de-sac in this nice neighborhood (good for walking!). We were very pleased with the location - it was so convenient to excellent restaurants, shopping, and many KC activities like the Arboretum/Botanical Garden. Our host was responsive and accommodating.

This beautiful house & its bucolic setting could not be better equipped for quality time with family or friends! Space, natural light, & on-site recreation (pool! darts!) facillitate extended visiting. The owner is super responsive & thoughtful. We will be back!
