Our home is all about having everything that you need so you will never need to leave, but proximity to everywhere you want to go in south Florida when you do.

The home is designed to live very well in terms of amenities offered and in this adventure, style true to both Mid-Century Modern and Tropical South Florida.

A 1950s Mid-Century Modern home with clean lines, large windows to view the palms and salt water pool with retro touches mixed with the most modern amenities. Stepinside, high quality finishes greets you with a calm color palette and plenty of light.

The kitchen is a chef oriented, with Bosch appliances including a 30” induction cooktop with overhead convection microwave, built in oven with convection and air fry capabilities, and a large 36” French Door refrigerator. Large drawers hold cookware set and two frying pans, non-stick bakeware, flatware, plates and any tool one could use to cook or bake. A dual function K Cup and pot brew machine along with a N’Espresso machine caters to the coffee selection of your choice. A deep sink and expansive counter space and island provide ample prep space with seating for three to keep you company.

Our living room has you relaxing on an expansive sectional where you can gaze outside to the pool, front yard palms or watch TV on the Samsung 65” Frame Smart-TV with Roku and Sonos Arc sound bar.

Our dining room features a large rectangular table with 6 very comfortable chairs. Should you want to add two more for dinner, the two desk chairs can be pulled up to accommodate the unexpected guests! Every seat has a view, either to the expansive back patio or the cozy and quaint outdoor courtyard. Custom beams on the ceiling with recessed lighting keep it elegant but casual.

Our three bedrooms follow the colors of south Florida beaches. The Blue guest room offers a queen size bed with a night stand, full-length mirror and writers desk. The Green guest room offers a king size bed with night stands and a 48” walnut desk. The Master guest room in tones of Sand provides a king size bed with adjustable platform, night stands, 32” Smart TV, double closets with a master en-suite with sliders to the back patio and pool. All closets are fitted with modern and efficient Elfa closet components behind original restored doors. All will be equipped with black out blinds and all have new high quality mattresses.

Both bathrooms continue the calm and relaxing theme and are provided with high quality linens. Built-in medicine cabinets offer ample storage and large mirror space. Showers offer glass enclosures with rain-shower heads and hand held option. A shaving stool is provided as well. The linen closet holds bath towels as well as beach & pool towels and ironing board.

Our laundry room provides a washer & dryer as well as folding table and additional iron.

Step out to the back, where your outdoor oasis awaits. Enjoy a 15’ x 32” salt water pool with built in hot tub, sun shelf with bubbler that is both heated in winter and can be chilled in summer. marble patio wraps around to host your outdoor dining, sun bathing or poolside lounging. Lush new landscaping surrounds the yard, providing privacy and greenery to enjoy when you are enjoying the warm Florida weather. A sizeable back yard continues past the pool when you want to read a book under a shady palm. Night time adds LED illumination to the back yard to enjoy once the sun sets. A Weber Genesis premium gas grill makes the barbecue chef a happy person.

Our outdoor courtyard offers a shaded retreat with comfortable seating when you want to be outside but in a more secluded space.

Our circular driveway provide for guests and the occasional visitor with continued palms and tropical landscaping.

Location is everything, and our neighborhood provides a quiet surrounding yet is only blocks away from a rapidly developing downtown area where you can enjoy several local breweries, restaurants, coffee shops in one direction and fitness clubs, grocery stores and more shopping in the other. For those who love a casual beach vibe, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is a short 15 minute drive. For those that like a quiet local beach, Earl Lifshey Park is a 10 minute drive. Elegant waterside dining at Shooter’s, Maestros are also just minutes away along with the authentic Greek Islands Taverna and many more dining options close to home. Eclectic shopping, dining and lively LGBTQ nightlife in Wilton Manors is a 5 minute drive, and both downtown Fort Lauderdale or Las Olas beach area are a 20-25 minute drive for a dose of city or beautifully groomed sand beaches in front of luxury hotels. Day trips West Palm Beach and Miami are 45 minutes (* add for peak season traffic) so exploring the south Florida coast is easy to get a taste of places with their own unique vibe.
