Stayed Nov 10, 2025Host was welcoming and responsive. House was just as advertised and great for a large group. Wonderful water view. 4 stars because the pool heater wasn’t working properly and the ice maker was broken. Everything else was wonderful!

Stayed Jul 1, 2020If you're looking for a modernized vacation rental with a breathtaking view, in a safe gated community, then this is the place to be! From day one, Debbie, the owner, and her staff were kind and welcoming. I appreciated Debbie's accessibility with communication; she was always a text away. As for the house, words cannot express how gorgeous it is, inside and out! The pool overlooking the bay was simply a dream. Everything from the fashionable furniture to the entertaining game room made my vacation that much more enjoyable! The dock in your backyard made it easy to rent jet skis and other water sports equipment right in the area. Another aspect I loved was how quiet and remote the location was yet close enough to restaurants, shops, and Miami. I highly recommend you stay in this luxurious waterfront house if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of life or just vacationing with a group of friends. Thank you, Debbie, for this relaxing stay - I hope to return in the future!
