Pool Table Rules & Guidelines
Tokeep the pool table in great condition for all guests, please follow these rules during your stay:
General Use
•     The pool table is for registered guests only.
•     Please handle all cues, balls, and equipment with care.
•     No sitting, leaning, or placing drinks/food on the table.
•     Chalk cues only over the floor—not over the table surface.
Food & Drinks
•     No food or beverages on or near the table.
•     Use nearby tables or counters for drinks/snacks.
Children
•     Children under 15 may use the pool table only with adult supervision.
•     This is not a play surface—please don’t allow roughhousing.
Noise & Hours
•     Please respect quiet hours (typically 9 PM – 8 AM).
•     Keep noise to a reasonable level to avoid disturbing neighbors.
Cleanliness
•     Return all equipment (balls, cues, chalk) to its original spot after use.
•     Report any damage or missing items to the host immediately. Not Allowed
•     No trick shots, jumping balls, or dragging cues across the felt.
•     No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances in the game area.
Damage to the table or accessories may result in extra charges.

Swimming Pool Use Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please follow these pool rules:
1.    Hours of Use:
The pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No swimming outside these hours. Pool heater service available at extra fees
2.    Strictly no swimming or backyard activity outside these hours to respect local quiet hours and our neighbors.
3.    No Lifeguard on Duty:
Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
4.    Shower Before Entering:
Please rinse off before using the pool to help keep it clean for everyone.
5.    No Glass or Sharp Objects:
No Glass, plastic or metal cups and bottles allowed in the pool area.
6.    No Diving or Running:
For safety, diving, horseplay, and running are not permitted.
7.    Towels:
towels are provided
8.    No Food in the Pool:
Enjoy snacks and meals in designated areas, not in the pool area.
9.    No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking is not allowed in or around the pool area.
10.   Music & Noise:
Please keep noise to a respectable level, especially in the evening (Noise and music only permitted until 9PM in the Backyard area, pool area.
11.   Clean Up After Yourself:
Help us keep the area tidy by disposing of trash in the bins provided.
12.   Pets:
Pets are not allowed in the pool.
13.   Emergencies:
In case of emergency, dial 911.

This house is for up to ten people staying at the property. Any special request for parties or celebrations need pre approval more than the original number of people disclaimed in the reservation requires prior approval by the host on a case by case basis.
Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet per stay; however, they are not allowed on sofas, beds, or any furniture.
