Mi Casa Su Casa.....Santa Fe style oasis in The Cove Permit#068017/ 3 bdrms

The property is in a good location and offers plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, which made sleeping easy and enjoyable.That said, there were a few notable downsides that impacted our stay. The home did not appear to have been properly cleaned prior to arrival. The bathroom sink was dirty with visible toothpaste residue and hair, and there was dog hair throughout the primary bedroom—on the bed, sheets, and floor—which transferred onto our clothes. Fortunately we’re not allergic to dogs. This was especially disappointing given expectations around cleanliness.Additionally, the pool heater was not functioning properly. While the owner did notify us about this shortly before our arrival, it was too late at that point to make alternative arrangements, which limited our ability to fully enjoy the property.Overall, the space itself has a lot of potential, but the cleanliness issues and lack of a working pool heater took away from what could have been a much better experience.

Too many additional items in the kitchen not needed

We had a great day and the host was so generous and letting us do an earlier check-in. The spa pool was nice since the weather was cooler, like a giant Jacuzzi! The house was cozy and comfortable and walking distance to the cute down La Quinta area. Thank you again!

The property was perfect! Not only because it was located right next door to my daughter, who I was visiting. It was clean and spacious and is in close proximity to anything you would need. Some of which is in walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool.This is the first time I i have used VRBO. The experience makes it a definite consideration for future vacays.

Our stay was very comfortable!Great neighborhood, quiet, big house. Didn't feel like a vacation, it felt like home. The pool was perfect for my family, whole house was clean and open. We were very happy and will be back again!

My best friend, sister and I stayed there for a long weekend. It was a perfect house for us. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Definitely coming back there with our families.

Lovely home in nice neighborhood. Close to multiple golf courses. Small but comfortable private pool. Open floor plan with decent sized kitchen with everything you need.

2nd year in a row staying at this property. Enjoyed our time, quiet location, close to town and very enjoyable pool. Did notice a few upgrades since last year which was nice. Would definitely stay again if available. Thank you.

Well-equipped kitchen with grilling tools, lovely outdoor areas and spool area with plenty of umbrellas and pool toys. Loved our relaxing stay close to old town.

My wife and I had the opportunity to stay here for 4 nights during the Indian Wells Tennis tournament. The location and neighborhood was super convenient while the home itself was very large, clean, and well equipped. The pool was super warm and chairs around it great for relaxing in. Our only regret was that we didn't spend enough time at the home because we were watching so much tennis! It would be an ideal property for our family of 5 so we hope to stay again when we return with our kids! La Quinta is a gorgeous area!

A great location and close to the Desert Horse Park. Everything was as promised and we even had the option of early check in. Thank you for having us! We will be back :)

We loved the place. Nice roomy kitchen and living room. We spent alot of time in the pool just relaxing. Communication with the owner was excellent. Answered any question right away. We already booked the same dates for next year!!

Lots of room, little pool was nice one issue was the shower in the main bathroom handle was broken, a little tricky turning on the water. Owner was super responsive.

The house and property are absolutely stunning! Quiet neighborhood, we had the best most relaxing time. Wonderful little outdoor spaces lovely for morning coffee or outdoor dining. Plenty of space. Just 10/10 excellent time!

Very nice house in a great location. Close to Old Town La Quinta and lots of walking trails. Lots of sunny or shady seating in back yard or in front by the pool. Beautiful view of the mountains to the west. Very well equipped kitchen! House is quite spacious with 3 bedrooms and large living room.

This is a nice home with plenty of space, nice spool, and a great backyard.The host was very responsive and even offered an early check in. However, cleanliness was an issue. The backyard was covered in dust, the sheets were stained and dirty towels were on the toilet. Also the home was not stocked as there was no soap in either bathroom and very few kitchen items. Often this is due to cleaners and not owners who may not live nearby and are relying on honest cleaners.This home has too much potential to be mishandled by the cleaners.Im sure they will work on it.

Everything was good except the lack of laundry. The pump on the washer was out, and we never had laundry access during our 11 day stay with 5 adults in 100 degree heat.

We enjoyed the lovely cool holiday home. In the evening we swam in the pool. The house is clean and the garden is playfully laid out. Everything we needed was there. We can highly recommend this holiday home.

Great accommodations, pool was great, plenty room in the house. Would stay again.
