Stayed Feb 8, 2024We were excited at the possibility of this being our go to house for Mesquite soccer tournaments. We booked this listing because of the amenities. The listing stated it had a hot tub. No hot tub. Owner gave us a very small credit and told us they would turn the heat on for the pool. Called the pool guy as instructed to get the water off the cover. We basically got the water off without him. No heat, no swimming. Putting green, no putters or balls. Grill, out of propane. Fire table, low propane. Couldn’t use. Owner stated putter/balls would arrive on Sat. Nothing. To add to the experience, we had 10-hours of a low battery fire alarm beeping all night. No ladder. We reached out and the owners did get someone over quickly. Note, if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs for the primary suite. You can hear everything at the neighbors. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and nice beds. This was an overpriced booking for the experience.
