Private Garage with additional parking on the driveway and an enclosed backyard to enjoy the Arizona sun year round. Our home is conveniently located 30 miles away from both Phoenix/Mesa Gateway airport and Phoenix International airport with easy access to area highways. Our home also includes flat screen TVs in living room and master bedroom, high-speed internet with WiFi access, washer/dryer, a king bed in master bedroom that leads to a master bathroom. A queen bed is in the 2nd bedroom and a full bed in the 3rd bedroom with plenty of closet space for a comfortable stay room n both rooms. Brochures of nearby places to visit are kept in the house for our guest's convenience. The HOA offers a gated community pool which is located 2-3 blocks (2-3 minutes walking distance) from our home. (available through April-October). Although not heated, the pool offers a peaceful place to lounge, read, and enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather.
