Our stay was absolutely memorable! We went to Cape Hatteras for a family getaway and this home did not disappoint. The amenities were perfect and the space was beautiful. We were really excited about the location with it being right by the beach! We mostly utilized the 4th floor with the kitchen and the movie room. The hot tub was another great addition.The hosts were kind and pretty responsive. The space was clean and tidy! We would absolutely stay in this home again.

Was not able to make it due to snow and bridge closure. Rental company (KEES) was unwilling to compromise even though property was inaccessible to anyone.

We had a big group and this house was perfect! The kids really enjoyed the video games, pool table, and board/card games!

The property was in good shape and perfect for our crew! We all really enjoyed our stay and would book again if we come back.

Home was nice and spacious w/incredible views. Not having a pot holder or dish towel was disappointing. When went to cook the hanlde of the pan was falling off. Bed was broken and called to have fixed, they showed up and said would be back next morning and didn't come back the entire week we were there.

Our family loved the week we spent at this property, fantastic beach access, and lots of time at the pool. The house was great with plenty of room for everybody, including parking. It was our first time in Cape Hatteras and we loved the low hustle and laid back aspect of the area.

The house size was great for our large group! All the beds being kingsize was great with onsuites. Elevator was a great feature for loading luggage and having some older guest. Yard was amazing for volleyball, soccer etc. Pool was great and being heated was a great feature for night swims. Only downfall was dishwashers were broken and unable to be repaired, very big hassle with the amount of people staying.

Great house! Plenty of room. Would definitely go back.

Great home. This home it’s perfectly set up for entertaining. We love the proximity to the beach.

Overall this house is great. The location with easy beach access, spacious yard with pool and jacuzzi, spacious living areas and many bedrooms was great. The kids enjoyed the extra living areas such as the billiard room, arcade room, and movie theater. However, cockroaches. Not one or two. At least 30? Many were dead or dying, but some were alive and even crawling on the walls. After the first few, we reached out and they offered to send pest control. Initially I declined having pest control come because it was only about 5 roaches at that time and we had little kids. But when it was out of control, I reached out again and asked for pest control which didn’t come. We also got tons of bug bites so in general the pest control needs improvement. When we arrived the grill looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. We had to clean it to make it useable. A new vacuum was brought to the house during our stay. Housekeeping had “vacuumed” with a broken vacuum when we arrived. We tried to use the broken one to clean up during our stay and it didn’t work at all. We knew we had to bring our own laundry and dish detergent, but we did expect at least for the soap dispensers in the bathrooms to be working/refilled which most weren’t. Minus, the cockroaches and other bugs, this could’ve been a 5 star review.

My family and I have been vacationing in the Outer Banks for three years, and we've consistently chosen Kees Homes for our stay. Communication with management has always been excellent, and this particular home was no exception—beautiful, spacious, and in a fantastic location. However, our stay wasn't entirely perfect. Unfortunately, we encountered roaches during our visit. I contacted management after discovering the first one, though it was late at night, so I didn’t expect an immediate response. On our last day, I followed up with another message, including pictures, to report additional sightings. Management responded promptly and assured us they would address the issue. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again, provided these issues have been resolved.
