Stayed Nov 21, 2024The home needs to be remodeled. There was dust on the fixtures and the heater had to be fixed while we were there. Wasted 4 hours and had to get reimbursed for the repair. The pilot light on the hot water heater goes out so you have to relight it to make sure you have hot water.

Stayed Jan 16, 2026The communication with the home owner and his team was fantastic. The home itself was well keep and perfect for my family. We loved the comfort and old Florida charm. The access to local areas is perfect and dock access what top notch. We were able to see all forms of wildlife and fish. The house was the perfect setting for our long weekend and even got to watch a SpaceX launch with little to no obstructions. I would absolutely stay again.

Stayed Apr 2, 2025I didnt want to go anywhere! So relaxing to enjoy the scenery and peace. Great location, we even watched a rocket launch from the dock.

Stayed Oct 29, 2024This house was too big for 2 of us but our son and family lived 7 minutes away so we all enjoyed hanging out on the porch and dock. Saw lots of dolphins and manatees out the back door. So close you could almost touch them. Grandkids enjoyed fishing. Private, clean and comfortable. Definitely will do again.

Stayed Oct 14, 2024The home was clean and well maintained. Everything you need was available plus some. Robert was great with communication and provided lots of information for places to eat, where to see things we were looking for. Seeing manatees, birds and jumping fish in the canal behind the house was a bonus too. Check in/out was easy. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to the area.

Stayed May 1, 2024We stayed during our weekend/ week of cheer competition and it is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful quiet home and owners are wonderful and checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was going well. Definitely would stay here again!
