Our stay was disappointing from the start. We were unable to check in at the designated time because the cleaning crew was still there from the previous guest. Upon entry, we found visible stains on the carpet and furniture, heavily stained pillows and sheets, and towels that were dingy and worn. There was a moisture spot on the living room ceiling, the front yard was overgrown, the BBQ needed cleaning, and the massage chair was ripped. The arcade game, which influenced our booking as we were traveling with two teenage boys, was not operational. The spa was also not clean upon arrival. To his credit, Jeremy sent a pool technician after we raised concerns, but this did not change the overall condition of the stay.When we respectfully addressed these issues, the host stated that we “sound like we don’t have money and are trying to get some money back.” That comment significantly impacted our experience. Words matter, and the interaction set a negative tone for the remainder of our trip.We tolerated the accommodations due to limited availability during Los Angeles All Star Weekend, but none of our guests were satisfied. While the property is in a hidden location close to everything in Inglewood, our rating reflects the cleanliness issues, maintenance concerns, delayed check in, and host interaction.

Very enjoyable stay. Host was easy to communicate with. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Great time!

Incredible stay, we were 6 adult and we all slept very well. Getting there was easy, private parking with fence that we could lock. Pool was great, jacccuzi was awesome at the end of the day. All we needed was there to prepare our food. Walk distance from many stadium. (basketball, football) Very clean, nice place to stay, would come back anytime and will recommend to anyone.

The home was simply beautiful! Outside the home does no justice to what the inside looks like!!! Well kept, clean and those beds were made in heaven!!! Jeremy is an excellent host! We were finally able to settle down Sunday and enjoy the pool and spa. Would definitely book again!

Bed bugs the fear of bringing them and still having them even being exposed for such a small time is devastating having to throw away personal loved items the cost of clothing

If you are looking for an authentic place and time to spend time in Los Angeles, this property allows you to do so for the entire family. 'Easy' drive time to Lakers game, SoFi Stadium, Clippers game, Hollywood and Downtown LA. One thing to note, the house itself was perfect, clean and comfortable, however, the location surrounding the house could feel uneasy at night. But once inside, we felt safe. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for an LA experience!

This home is an incredible property. We had nine people stay very comfortably. The pool and hot tub were used whenever we were there. It was very clean and surprisingly quiet. We are letting our friends and family know about if they go to LA. Thanks for being a great host Jeremy!

Loved the backyard- communication w/ property manager was excellent, close to a lot of food places and entertainment, definitely recommend

Property was located really close to airport and centrally located for day trips. House was nicely setup and kitchen was stocked well. Pool and hot tub were exceptional. The property manager was really good and responsive. Just a heads up for some potential renters, the neighborhood is a bit loud as the property is located next to a main street (sirens, cars racing etc.).

We recently had nice stay at Jeremey’s property close to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised with nice big clean and well stocked home near major freeways. The kids loved the pool, and big TVs in every bedroom. Location is on edge of Inglewood, and near Starbucks and various other food locations. We usually went into LA daily which was easily accessible. Jeremy was very responsive

What a wonderful property! Jeremy was an awesome host and the property had the easiest checkout I’ve ever had! The pool and patio area were heavenly and truly felt like a private oasis in the middle of the bustling city. The rooms were beautifully decorated, well appointed, and extremely clean! We are going to think of an excuse to be back!
