Stayed Nov 16, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Sandestin. The house is tucked in the back of a neighborhood which was very quiet. One thing to consider is that the two golf carts take up 2 of the parking spots, so there was only one parking spot for the house, but there are other open spots in the neighborhood just a short distance away, which was fine.

John was amazing and super helpful . responded super quickly with any questions we had . and even went out of his way to help us . we will definitely be back for our future stays!

Stayed Jul 4, 2025The location was perfect, close to Baytown Wharf and 25 minutes from Henderson Beach. The house was large and had a smart TV, great for streaming Amazon prime! Host was great at communication and even helped us find our lights on the golf cart via face time! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024This home is an amazing place to stay. We had a great time. Everything was very nice. The house is equipt with everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable. The golf cart made going to the beach nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Our kids and grans enjoyed the upstairs. We would definitely stay here again.
