Welcome to Mermaid Magic, a beautiful and spacious ground-level 3-bedroom, 3-bath duplex in the heart of the Florida Keys! This updated waterfront retreat features a fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for gathering with family and friends.

The master bedroom offers a king bed and private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom features two twin beds, while the second guest bedroom includes a queen bedand its own private bathroom with shower. The hall guest bathroom offers a convenient shower/tub combo. For additional sleeping space, the home also includes a queen sleeper sofa and rollaway bed.

Step outside and enjoy 37.5 feet of dockage, a fish cleaning station, bait freezer, Bbq grill, covered parking, and plenty of outdoor space to unwind after a day on the water. Guests also enjoy access to the exclusive Cabana Club, perfect for beach and pool days in paradise.

Additional amenities include internet and washer/dryer for added convenience during your stay.

Whether you're boating, fishing, or simply relaxing in the Keys sunshine, Mermaid Magic is the perfect place for your next getaway!

Have a large group and need another house Check out Tropical Breezes, Keys Breeze, A Cut Above and The Sandcastle. These are all on the same street and walking distance to each other.

No rvs, campers or motorhomes. This property can hold up to 3 vehicles if no trailers, if bringing a trailer then 1 trailer and up to 2 vehicles will fit.There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. City of Key Colony Beach only allows one trailer per property.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows One boat & One trailer only.
