Stayed Aug 15, 2025We recently stayed at this beautiful property, which accommodated our group of 10 people comfortably. Our stay was significantly impacted by a non-working dishwasher from the first night, forcing us to hand-wash all dishes.Communication with the property management was extremely poor, as they never responded to our messages. Our main point of contact became a handyman who replaced the unit on our final evening—too late to be useful.The resolution process was also frustrating. VRBO informed us they couldn't assist after the rental was over, and the property manager only offered an insufficient resolution after we got VRBO involved.While the property is great, we were very disappointed with the lack of communication and support from the management. We would advise future guests to be prepared for a potential lack of support.

Stayed Jul 15, 2024The house was well stocked. Very clean. Lovely large kitchen. A short walk to the tram at the beach to watch the beautiful sunsets. Dual air conditioning units that worked great. Wonderful relaxing spots on the deck and in the sun room. Easy to work with management company. An all around wonderful time!

Stayed Nov 4, 2022Perfect location, beautiful home and comfortable accommodations. I wish there were more pots and pans to cook for 12 people. The fireplace also was not working during the stay, which was bit disappointing. But the house is amazing and would stay again!

Stayed Jun 9, 2022I thought the property lives up to its description and promise. We had a great retreat that was very relaxing for myself and my coworkers. Great job on setting up the place for a great environment to relax and relieve ourselves from the daily stress of work. Great job!
