Stayed Oct 23, 2025Good communication. Comfy beds. Great place to stay for a large group. Slightly dirty but probably because houses that old can never be fully cleaned. Easy and low key check out as well

Stayed Oct 16, 2025There is old, quaint and authentic to the era then there is dirty. This house is the latter. The closets are unusable as they smell of musk and mold. The walls and baseboards are filthy. The bathrooms have been somewhat recently remodeled although very cheaply with peeling paint in the tub and filthy grout.The location worked for us otherwise, I would not recommend this property.

Stayed Mar 24, 2025This home was a quick drive to everything we wanted to do in Memphis! Grocery store, coffee shop, Beale St, Graceland, Bass Pro Pyramid-never more than 20 minutes away!Sheets and towels were clean and plentiful.Game tables and putting green were a hit with the young and old.Walls and carpet were not the cleanest, looked like a lived in home.We loved the charm and character of the property and would stay here again!

Stayed May 30, 2024Don’t know where to start. The home booked was not as advertised, not clean, no towels, sheets on floor, washing machine was full of molded linens. The Management was aware of these issues and sent a very late email telling us that they wanted to relocate us but no phone call so was not aware until after we arrived. Called the emergency phone number 3/4 times before getting an answer. After being relocated at 2:00 am, the 2nd house was much cleaner but also not as advertised. House was listed as a 4 bedroom/3 bath but was only 3/2 which caused issues for 3 couples. The 2nd house had only 1 clean towel on hand so had to go and purchase towels. The thermostat would not work which led to a weekend of uncomfortable temperatures. Called the emergency line. Of course there was no answer so left 3 messages which were never returned over the course of the next 3 days. The company tried to offer me a $400 discount off the price of the original 5 bed / 4 bath house booking. But since the 2nd house was much smaller (3/2), it was really no discount at all. I have provided the company an opportunity to “make it right” but their only offer was to reimburse us for the towels. Book these 2 locations at your own risk but be assured that if you have to deal with this Management Company, you will not receive any service at all. If I could give the entire experience a “0” star rating, I would.

Stayed Apr 19, 2024I love the area, location, and the video games for the children! I love how spacious the rooms were, the decor, and how they stuck to the true originality of the home. We definitely will be back! All I needed was a jacuzzi and more towels and it would have been 10 stars from me!
