Memphis Dream House - 6 bedrooms - ON THE RIVER - Pool + Elevator + Gym + VIEWS

We always have a great time staying here. The house is big enough to accommodate our large family and we appreciate the amenities - elevator, garage, neighborhood, laundry, etc.

We are visiting from California. The house is nice, big, and clean. It is right on the Mississippi River with great views.

Property was clean and wholesome and the location could not be better. However, the elevator was not in service and that was one of the reasons we rented the property. One of the renters had a handicap which prevented negotiating the stairs continually. The bed in the Master bedroom broke but was quickly repaired. Bench on Level One broke but did not present a serious inconvenience. My biggest issue was my inability to contact the property manager when I attempted to enter the residence at 4:00 PM. I finally got in at about 6:00. All things considered, It was a wonderful stay.

Family sibling/spouse weekend. Great location. Thank goodness for the elevator. The place needs a deep clean and a few minor fixes. The kitchen is a bunch of drawers full of utensils and a fabulous left over spice cabinet but lacking some of the very basics. For the top dollar price was hoping for a little more luxury. However, the host was great and quick to respond. Our group was over excited to get the weekend started and they accommodated us quite nicely. The pool is very small as pictures indicate but surprisingly fit our needs quite well.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed and spacious. Kitchen is stocked and open concept to large living room dining area. Great for big groups. The views are fabulous, and the location is top notch. Close to large park, walking paths and within 5 minutes of Beale St and downtown.

It was nice pool, linen, bbq grill, and covers on couch weren’t clean at all. We were disappointed because we planned to be out by the pool and bbq. For the amount of money charged I was disappointed. Thank you,

Absolutely perfect! The house was absolutely breathtaking and so impressive! The view, location, amenities, beds (rooms), communication just PERFECT. Our group of 8 were able to enjoy each other and still have the space to do our own thing. Definitely saving this one!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Very meticulous anddetailed. Very spacious, great for hosting/entertaining family/friends. MThis was a surprise trip for my husband to celebrate his 56th birthday. The location is perfect and close to main attractions, Beale St., etc. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Memphis. The host was accomodating and readily available whenever iImessaged them. Overall rating 10/10.

This house is great for the whole family. It has a beautiful view, plenty of dishes and cookware, and a couch big enough for everyone.

This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view of the Mississsippi River and Tom Lee Park. The home is very comfortable and in an excellent location to enjoy downtown Memphis!

A perfect few days - (property description accurate except bedroom #5 listed as having 2 twin beds actually has a metal bunk bed unsuitable for an adult (or heavy child) in upper bunk)

The location and amount of space was wonderful. The refrigerator was very dirty, the pool was filthy and unusable, the towels were all mildewed, the coffee maker housed a very disgusting moldy filterAND some of the blinds on the west river facing wall were missing. We had to hang towels in the afternoon. The grill tools and grill were also disgusting, the air fryer was horrible. This was not what we expected from an expensive property. I have pictures if anyone cares to see. The master bedroom sheets were all pilled and very uncomfortable. A trip to Costco would fix most of these issues if someone cared. We loved Memphis and the good bones of the space, but not the amenities!!
