Stayed Jul 22, 2023The house had plenty of room for our 8 people to enjoy. The kitchen was well equip to cook for our large group. Nice seating outdoors to enjoy the views.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022We enjoyed our stay, the only complaint would be that it would have been nice to have blinds on the doors in the bedrooms. We had thunderstorms every night so it was very bright in the room. Other than that the house was fabulous!

Stayed Aug 7, 2021The Memory Maker is in a great location between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe. The Beach and water were perfect for anything you wanted to do. A private stretch of beach with only 6-8 houses on the whole stretch of beach so you don’t have to worry about crowds. The water is shallow enough for young kids to play in for approximately 50yds out. Calm water for kayaking or just floating on a tube. We caught fish from the beach and waded out to cast into deeper water. Plenty of crabs to entertain you at night. The house has everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful decks to sit and watch the ocean. I would definitely go back

Stayed Oct 17, 2020The house was great! Very spacious and well equipped. The elevator was a great asset for one of our friends and for loading luggage. The pictures on the site were spot on. We thought we would be on the gulf but the property is on the bay. The view was beautiful but we were not able to enjoy the beach because of biting flies and the water was stinky. I don't know if that was due to the time of the year or if it is like that all the time due to it being on the bay.

Stayed Sep 30, 2020House was awesome, well equipped, and had plenty of room for our group. I would just suggest leaving more towels for guest. We each had one set for our 4 day stay, so had to wash towels.

Stayed Aug 8, 2020The beach is tremendous. Very private, very pretty, and easy to access. The pictures of the many rooms are very accurate. At first, I was concerned the photos let the rooms appear larger than they are. I was happily proven wrong. The living room is huge. The kitchen is large (with a great (!) ice maker), and the upstairs master bedroom is incredibly big - complete with a kitchenette. Each floor has it's own balcony - great for watching sunsets.

Stayed Sep 1, 20201. Not enough towels. Other homes we stayed provided 3 nice towels per person. 2. Amenities. Other homes provide body wash for every full bath and hand liquid soap. Bars of soap have problems of sand sticking to it. 3.Would be nice to be able to sit on porch during the rain. 4. Blankets would be nice. One per bedroom. 5. Spare sheets for futon beds. 6. House floors were Sandy on arrival. Master tub did not look clean. 7. Tell guests to put out garbage cans on Mondays since garbage trucks come before 8:00 EST ON Tuesdays.
