• Oversized garage converted into The Hangar Game Room with 2-seater arcade machine, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, ping-pong & 85 Smart TV for gaming consoles

• The Hangar Game Room is located in the garage and includes a portable AC unit, ceiling fans, and windows for added comfort. Due to the large open layout, the space is not fully temperature-controlled but is comfortable for most visits.

• The Hangar Game Room is accessed through the backyard pool area via the marked “Game Room” door. The front garage entry is for storage and not available to guests.

• Laundry room, highchair, pack & play & family-friendly extras

• Easy self check-in with smart lock

• Starter paper products provided (toilet paper, paper towels & hand soap)

Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, Florida room, private fenced pool, backyard, and The Hangar Game Room.



For safety and storage, a few owner supply closets and the exterior utility areas are locked and not accessible to guests.



Parking is available in the driveway only. The driveway can fit multiple vehicles and a trailer or small RV if needed.



Easy self check-in is provided with a smart lock. Check-in instructions and door code will be sent before arrival.



If you need anything during your stay, Roberta is always just a message away.



The Neighborhood:

The Blue Angel Hangar is located in a convenient, centrally located Pensacola neighborhood just off Blue Angel Parkway. You’ll be close to NAS Pensacola, downtown restaurants and shopping, and about 30 minutes from Pensacola Beach. The area is lively and city-adjacent, so you may hear normal traffic noise, but it offers easy access to everything Pensacola has to offer.



Getting Around:

The Blue Angel Hangar is centrally located just off Blue Angel Parkway, making it easy to get around Pensacola by car. Most guests drive to nearby attractions, restaurants, groceries, NAS Pensacola, downtown, and the beach. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area. Parking for multiple vehicles (and a trailer or small RV) is available in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

• The home is located just off Blue Angel Parkway in a lively, city-adjacent area. Some normal traffic noise may be heard. Sound machines and earplugs are provided for comfort.

• The private pool is not heated.

• The Hangar Game Room is located in the garage and is not temperature-controlled. Ceiling fans and windows provide airflow and it’s comfortable most of the year.

• Parking is in the driveway only. Do not drive or park on grass due to the septic system.

• No parties, events, or pets at this time. Quiet hours are 10pm–8am.

• Exterior security cameras monitor entry areas only for safety.
