Stayed Jul 19, 2025Good location. There were multiple pieces of bedding with old blood stains, dishwasher was full of dishes that were ran but not clean and no extra trash bags available.

Stayed May 6, 2024We had an AMAZING stay at Kokomo II for our girls trip! There were 10 of us so being right on the beach was a priority for, and the views from the kitchen were immaculate. The pull out couch IS incredibly uncomfortable, so that made sleeping arrangements difficult, but overall the house was an amazing location, clean, and exactly what we were looking for! Thanks for a great week!

Stayed May 13, 2023Beautiful home, most definitely will come back. The views are perfect. The walk to the beach is just a couple steps from the door. The home is managed thru Vacasa not a homeowner so just know that going in if you have an issue you’ll have to contact them and they may or may not call you back and correct the issue. But overall the house was worth it and most definitely will return.

Stayed Jan 20, 2023We loved our stay at the Kokomo II. Couldn’t get enough of the gorgeous beach view, and we were a mere ten minutes away from the main road with many of the restaurants/activities in the area. We were happy and comfortable in the beautiful, spacious home. Will recommend to others.

Stayed May 24, 2022Great location. We enjoyed our vacation despite the weather we had. The house had a great view. The air did stop working but the manager came right out to check it out and fixed the problem!

Stayed Jan 14, 2022We had a fabulous time here at Kokomo II for a 20 year celebration of our annual girls weekend. The house was super comfy for our party of 7 and has fabulous views, right on the beach. Be prepared to bring all spices, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels, but everything else is top notch.
