Very clean and nicely remodeled home. Perfect for pets and easy parking for a boat. Only a few minutes from the lake. Would highly recommend!

Humble abode and beautiful property! Worked perfectly for my two dogs and I as we traveled to Dale Hollow for a weekend getaway.

The house exceeded all of our expectations!! The entire house was clean and well maintained and the location was perfect for our needs. Who could forget the mouthwatering brownies!!! My son and myself finished the plate our first day!! Such a great experience for a unforgettable vacation with my family!

The house is located in a peaceful and relaxing area, with ample parking for boat and several cars. It is extremely clean and very well appointed. The location is great, just a few minutes from Sunset Marina. We have stayed here multiple times and will definitely be back.

The property was fantastic! Very clean, grass mowed, and brownies when we arrived. Quick responses from the property manager which is always great. Everything matched the listing pictures and well stocked even with the essentials. Just for future bookers make sure to GPS to the address that comes with check in info and also when door code is entered just PUSH the door open. This will save you a few not so smart moments like we had. FYI the master bed is amazing very comfortable, I know that can make or break a stay. Overall enjoyed our time and will definatly book again when we come visit!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The home was in an ideal location for us and convenient to everything we needed. The house was clean and well appointed with all the kitchen and bath items you could want. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about our trip was pleasant. From the brownies that were left as a welcoming gift, to the cleanliness, to the comfortable bed, everything was spot on. The only recommendation I can make is to please put a window covering in the bathroom window. The lack of privacy, even though the window faced the back of the property, was a little uncomfortable. I ended up using a hanger and a T-shirt to block the window so it was not a big deal. Just an idea to consider. Thank you!

Memaw’s and Pa’s place was very clean and comfortable. Access to the marinas was very easy and close by. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My family has stayed at this house for the past two years for my son's basketball tournament. We will be back next year, as well! The house is very nice and has everything a family needs! The owner goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of! And, he responds very quickly! I100% recommend!
