You will get a GORGEOUS, modern and clean space with everything you need for a stay in St. Pete. Kick back and enjoy your vacation in style!

Your fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook an amazing meal for your family or co-travelers!

We also have beach chairs, cooler, and beach umbrella stored at the house to help make your beach days relaxing and enjoyable! We just ask that you take care of our beach items and make sure you return them in the same condition you found them.

To help wind down later in the evening our 60 HD TV offers YouTube TV (with channels like cable), HBO Max, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video & Music, Pandora (no commercials), and a host of other apps for your enjoyment.

Everything inside this place is accessible to our guests. Nuestra casa es su casa!

***This is a share property - while there is plenty of outside common space, patio furniture, etc., please don't expect exclusive use of the full property (land);

***THIS IS IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD - NOT A HOUSE FOR PARTIES! THERE IS A COUPLE THAT LIVES IN THE APARTMENT ABOVE THIS PLACE - IF YOU PLAN ON LOUD CONVERSATIONS OR MUSIC AFTER 10PM DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!!
