The house is really perfect for a family with small children. What makes it special are all the fruits of the trees which you can eat. A nice bbq and well located in Medulin on walking distance from supermarket and bakery. Rooms are well maintained. What we just missed is a dishwasher, while having 3 kids running around. The check-in and check-out was very smooth, even if we asked if we could check-out 1 hr later it was no problem. The owner send us upfront good information where we could pick up the keys, incl. telephone numbers.

We wanted a rustic house in a quiet part of Medulin yet within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach. Casa Istriana delivered on all fronts. If you prefer the sea to the pool this is a good choice. The accomodation is basic but absolutely fine. The owner and his wife are both charming and extremely helpful.
